Gladiators
Wai Ling - Episode 5 Eliminator
This is my feature on the new gladiator series on SKY 1. My episode was aired June 2008.
The process involved a detailed online application form generating 20'000 applicants and two gruelling physical and mental auditions.
I was eventually picked out of the 20'000 applicants to be featured as one of sixteen male contenders being the smallest and lightest contender in gladiator history.

Derby 2007 Warm Up Dance
I am one of the founder members of the Nottingham Ma Bo Lion Dance Group. We have performed at various public and media events, the best performance to date was to lead the Chinese Dragon Boat National Team to the medals podium after winning three gold medals at the world Dragon Boat Finals in 1999. I regularly carry out workshops and classes and teach children plus adults the forms of lion dance, break dance and training activity sessions such as group sports/activities and team building games.

This monumental task of 26.2 miles was to be my debut after the gladiators it was a great feeling getting to that finish line.
