I
used to hate the gym and anything remotely to do with exercise. I would
come to the gym for a couple of days and often not return for a couple
of months. Working with Wai Ling means I have someone to keep me
motivated and on track to achieve my goals.
Wai
Ling was quick to make a change to my boring mundane visits to the gym
by showing me lots of different types of exercise and varying my
programmes on a regular basis.
My sessions with Wai Ling are fun and
challenging and no two sessions are ever the same.
Wai
has specifically looked at my eating habits and my weaknesses and he
closely analysed what the downfall was. Coming from a student
background and by just eating convenience and junk food in which Wai
refers to as trigger foods. We gradually lay down the foundations and
guidelines in to exercising a healthier nutritional routine that he
kept simple, basic and easy to follow fitting this nicely into my
lifestyle.
I
would never go back to eating junk food regularly. I also feel that my
exercise and my personal training sessions are top priority to my
weekly schedule. Having Wai ling for guidance and motivation makes the
hard times that little bit easier. These changes are for life now!

Using
Wai ling as a personal trainer has helped me in an astronomical way to
increase my ability more towards my sporting event. Wai Ling has been
working with me for around four years now teaching me all types of
training from functional training, core stability, and even lion dance
to circuit training. My Wu shu gung fu has benefited greatly from this
allowing me to work and exercise on my strengths and focus on my
weaknesses.
Wai
Ling has taken into account every aspect of my training specificity,
emphasising on my nutrition, supplementation, event specific training,
my posture and gait.

utilise his old and new knowledge to help support my wu shu training

His sessions that he delivers are second to none and his client care skills are at the highest of quality and standards. He is a great motivator, very knowledgeable and always has his client’s interest set in the right direction.
