What My Clients Say About Me & More
Samuel Mak
Using Wai ling as a personal trainer has helped me in an astronomical way to increase my ability more towards my sporting event. Wai Ling has been working with me for around four years now teaching me all types of training from functional training, core stability, and even lion dance to circuit training. My Wu shu gung fu has benefited greatly from this allowing me to work and exercise on my strengths and focus on my weaknesses.
Wai Ling has taken into account every aspect of my training specificity, emphasising on my nutrition, supplementation, event specific training, my posture and gait. Wai ling has supported my well being in considering all the above aspects very seriously and is always looking at varied and different ways to utilise his old and new knowledge to help support my wu shu training and my well being.
His sessions that he delivers are second to none and his client care skills are at the highest of quality and standards. He is a great motivator, very knowledgeable and always has his client’s interest set in the right direction. I would not hesitate to forward wai ling to anyone looking for help in improving their lifestyles or wanting to reach a specific goal. Thanks Wai!

Wai Ling has been my personal trainer for over 4 years now and has helped me go from not stepping outside of a gym (or my comfort zone for that matter) to running marathons and is now helping me to train for my first Ultra Marathon in July.
Every training session Ling finds new ways to push me through my barriers and get the most out of my training making sure I do all the other things (I don't like) to compliment my marathon training so I can get the best out of my sessions for my sport.
Ling has always gone the extra mile (or 3500!) all the way to New York City to run the new york marathon with my sister so that I could race for a PB, to help me with my sessions and give me nutritional advice and support to compliment my training sessions.
Wai ling is a Fun, Friendly but Firm personal trainer who will help you achieve results every time and has always tailored my personal training sessions specific to my aims applying a wealth of knowledge from different areas of sports, therapies & styles of training to my sessions challenging me to train outside of my comfort zone.
Thanks Wai Ling!

New York City Marathon with My Clients
This is also a great opportunity to share my experiences during my time doing the NY marathon.
Its always nice to go back to New york but I must say this time it was a whole new experience for me.
As it was not for shopping this time round.....well some shopping was done, how can you not with Nike town round the corner! As you may or may not know I helped two of my clients with the training and was there every step of the way helping them with the mileage and crossing that finishing line! Well done to both of them too!! It was a long long way and usually when I run I miss so many different things. Even the most simple things like buildings, landmarks and streets and not forgetting the amazing cheering crowds bands and DJ's..they were great with the sounds and sights of the community.
This helped us in a monumental way especially with the motivation!! So for me to pipe down my speed and to walk and jog alot of the route was something new and additional to me but great too.
Seeing all the small cafe's and boulevards was also an experience ranging from people young and old. The race was very well organised considering over 35'000 runners hitting the NY tarmac!
The portable toilets in thier thousands and thousands would be best left unspoken about....the less said about them the better!!
Training has simmered down now from 35 miles a week now to a steady 10 miles per week as my focus is more on the shorter distance runs now but it was all worth it to see the great city lights and sky scrapers of NY........The city that never sleeps.
