Wai Fitness Circuits
Wai fitness Circuit training being my favourite class to teach as this is my favourite system of training and is personally designed in mind of making the class challenging, beneficial, dynamic and functional. A high-intensified workout that targets your cardio and muscular endurance components from upper to lower body. This system of training will burn lots of calories, speed up your metabolic rate and utilise fat burning and energy expenditure in a relatively short amount of time.
Reebok Deck Training System
Using a Reebok deck bench with dynabands attached to create a constant state of resistance and tension. Working the whole of the body and the major muscle groups to tone and tighten the problematic areas. Highly effective for developing lean muscle toning as well as developing you cardiovascular conditioning.
Exercise to music
Using various exercises, music and coaching points to motivate you this is a great and benificial way to burn calories and strengthen your heart with the beat to the music. A fun and upbeat class that will not only work on your fitness components. This class will also develop your coordination as well.
